Return & Exchange Policy*

1) Eligibility: Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your Feeling Wood product. The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with the peel and stick backer intact (it's ok if one of the boxes was opened, but must be resealed). If you have an unopened, unused leftover box, let us know, and you can return it for a partial refund.

2) Return process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by sending an email to returns@feeling-wood.com with the subject line "Return Request" or "Exchange Request." In the email, please include the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return or exchange

  • Photos of the product, if applicable (e.g., for damaged or defective items)

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to package and return the product.

3) Return shipping: For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.

4) Inspection: All returned products will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the return criteria. If the returned product does not meet the criteria, the return or exchange may be denied.

5) Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of the returned product and applied to the card you used to purchase.

6) Exchanges: Exchanges are free, as long as they are requested within 30 days of receiving the product. If you're exchanging for a higher-priced product, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.

7) Exceptions: Custom orders, tools, trim, and accessories are not returnable or exchangeable.

8) International orders: For customers outside the United States, our return and exchange policy still applies, but additional terms and fees may apply. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

9) Governing law: This return policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
